Shanel Tan founded Panco Cafe, the first with the goal of bringing Melbourne's renowned coffee culture to the Philippines. Her time living in Melbourne Australia as a cafe manager introduced her to the country’s passion for high-quality, specialty coffee and a vibrant cafe community. Shanel Tan dreamt of fostering a similar appreciation for specialty coffee back home in the Philippines.

Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer at Panco Cafe, Daynard Tan, CFA, oversees the finances, strategize store expansion and implement key business processes to drive growth and profitability.
With his deep expertise and hands-on experience gained over the past two decades, Daynard Tan had been instrumental in executing and conceptualizing business strategies that have led to year-on-year increase in revenues and network development.
